chambersburg saddle club
We are a not-for-profit club that was established in 1944.
This one of the very few organizations in the area that are still holding shows and maintaining its own show grounds.
The purpose of this organization shall be to promote the interest of its members in equestrian activities; improve equine activities in general; encourage the youth of this area to participate in competitive equestrian events; to promote interest by all age groups in horsemanship in general; to cooperate with horse owners and organizations everywhere; to disseminate information of an advisory and educational nature which will be of value to its members and the public; and oppose all legislation which is discriminatory and injurious to the horse owning public; to encourage county, state, and federal governmental agencies to provide more facilities and to improve existing facilities for equestrian recreation and to make such facilities available at reasonable fees.
This organization is also a proud member of the Pennsylvania Equine Council.

There is water available for you and your horses, porta potties, and plenty of shady places to park.

you return it where you found it.
You can also feel free to mow, weed eat, clean up branches, etc. while you are at the show grounds.
Membership will run from January 1 to December 31. There will be a 90-day grace period after January 1 for active members to renew memberships. After April 1 unpaid membership dues become delinquent and all rights and privileges are suspended until membership dues are paid. April 1 the combination to the gate lock will be changed. Please feel free to print out some sponsorship applications and hand them out to the businesses you frequently use. We have many sponsorship options. Banners will be displayed at our show grounds.
Sponsors will be displayed on our website and our Facebook page, along with hyperlinks to their website. Sponsorship money goes to the club's basic day to day needs, such as keeping up the show grounds and clubhouse, electric and water, and taxes. Other expenses include office supplies, ribbons and judges for shows. All sponsorships are greatly appreciated!
